WAY BEFORE THE COURT. [ Per Press Association. I CHRISTCHURCH, May 16. An echo of the recent shooting case at the residence of Mrs. Myrtle Long, of Cashmere Hills was heard by Air.

Mosley, S.M., to-day, when Arthui Henry Way, aged 53, salesman, was charged with being without lawful ex cuso on the premises of Mrs. Long He was convicted and ordered to come up if called on, special conditions be ing attached. Mrs. Long gave evidence that Way pestered and blackmailed her, and she shot him when he refused to go.
