CASE FOB SUPREME COURT [ Per Press Association. 1 AUCKLAND, May 12. Harold Bradley Brownrigg was charged at the Police Court that with intent to defraud he obtained £l7 by means of a false pretence that there existed a limited liability company known as Overseas Passages, Ltd., that he could supply a passage to England for £25, and that the ship was sailing at tho end of last January. After lengthy police evidence, accused, who pleaded not guilty, reserved his defence and was committed for trial in the Supreme Court, bail being allowed.
