MEMBERS OF THE RUGBY PARLIAMENT.—Delegates assembled in connection with the annual conference of the New Zealand Rugby Union, which opened in the Commercial Travellers’ Club, Wellington, yesterday. Mr. G. H. Pownall (Wanganui), the retiring president, is seated next to Mr. S. S. Dean, chairman of the N.Z.R.U. Management Committee, third from right, and Mr. A. E. McPhail (Canterbury) is seated on the other side.
