HONEYMOON ON RANCH
ADMIRAL HALSEY’S DAUGHTER. WEDDING THIS MONTH. COUPLE TO VISIT .NEW ZEALAND. Received May 11. 5.45 p.m. LONDON, May 11. The Prince of Wales has lent his Canadian ranch for the honeymoon of Lady Joan Halsey, elder daughter of Admiral Sir Lionel Halsey, who is marrying Mr. George Wood on May 26. The bridegroom-to-be is heir to Air. George McCorquondale, the Scottish millionaire, who is giving his grandson a trip round the world as a wedding present. After the honeymoon on the ranch the couple will visit New Zealand and Australia.
