TRAIN DERAILED
ACCIDENT NEAR PENRITH MANY ANIMALS KILLED. SYDNEY, May IL Both railway lines leading to the west were blocked late last night when a good train was derailed at Warrington, near Penrith. Twelve trucks laden with sheep aud cattle wore smashed and over 400 sheep were killed. Fifteen other trucks also left the line. One truck containing 100 sheep concertinaed, and every animal was killed. Several horses were so badly mutilated that they had to be shot. Deep channels were cut by the heavy undercarriages, and the permanent way was torn up for a considerable distance. The accident was due to the wheels of a leading truck snapping. The service will probably be resumed this
