LADY DUMFRIES’ SONS Twin sons were born in London recently to tho Countess of Dumfries, wife of the Earl of Dumfries, eldest son and heir of tho Marquess of Bute (states tho London Daily Mail). Tho elder will one day, in the natural course of events, succeed to the Marquessato of Bute. Tho Earl and Countess of Dumfries were married in April last in tho tiny village vhurch at Newtown Forbes, County Longford, Ireland. Lady Dumfries, who is only 20, was formerly Lady Eileen Forbes, younger daughter of the Earl and Countess of Granara. The Earl of Dumfries, who is 25, is a prominent sportsman. It is some time since twins were born to a titled family, but there aro several titled twins who have grown up and become famous for their resemblance to each other. Among tho young men are the Hon. Edward and tho Hon. George Ward, sons of tho late, and brothers of tho present, Earl of Dudley.
