WILEY POST’S PROJECT

ROUND-THE-WORLD SOLO SYDNEY, May 4. According to advice received by the Vacuum Oil Company, Pty., Ltd., Wiley Post, who recently flew round the world with Mr. Harold Gatty, the Tasmanian, is preparing to make another trip towards the end of this year over the same route. This time he will fly solo, using a robot pilot to permit him to devote time to navigation. The same machine, a Lockheed Vega, powered with a Pratt and Whitney wasp engine, will be used.
