FRENCH DECISION
AMERICA DISAPPOINTED. WASHINGTON, May 8. News of the decision of the French Cabinet on w,ar debts demanding a guarantee or a moratorium in respect of the June payment was received with some disappointment in Administration circles. It was reiterated authoritatively that the United States was still expecting the European debtors to pay the June instalments, at least partially.
