STRATFORD MAYORALTY DECIDED. [ Per Press Association. ] STRATFORD. May 5. On the toss of a coin Mr. J. W. Me Millan was elected Mayor. The recount was completed last evening. After a decision had been given on certain votes, previously held to be informal, the position of the candidates was equal. The returning officer is empowered to decide the matter by lot and a toss of a coin went in favour of Mr. McMillan.
