“CELL” LINDERS ENDORSED. FIRST COURT TEST CASE. Received May 5, 11.45 p.m. BERLIN, May 5. In the first test case, the Berlin Labour Court dismissed the appeal of fifty Jewish employees against dismissal without notice, and upheld the authority of Nazi “cell” leaders in a pursuance of the fetish of racial purity.
