DISMEMBERED AUSTRIA SPIRIT OF NEW STATE Telegraph—Press A' -ntion— PRAGUE, April 25. Dr. Edvard Benes. Minister' of Foreign. Affairs, speaking in Parliament, defied the world to alter the frontiers of Czechoslovakia by revising the Peace Treaties. Any such attempt, he said, would lead to war. Let those desiring Czechoslovakia to yield territory come with thoir armies and take it.
