CITY OF WANGANUI. jpUBLIC NOTICE is hereby giveu that at a special meeting of the Wanganui City Council held on Tuesday, the 28th day of March, 1933, tho following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Council to be held on Friday, the 28th day of April, 1933, at 4 o’clock p.m., in the Mayor’s Room at tho Wanganui City Council Chambers situate in St. Hill Street. Wanganui, namely:— THAT the Wanganui City Council doth hereby by special resolution intend to operate as a Special Order make the following by-law to be known ns “Tho Wanganui City By-law No. 11.’’ Tho object or purport of the By-law is as follows:
(a) In relation to the sale of milk and cream, for tho licensing of dairymen and milk vendors and the inspection of dairies and milk shops. (b) For securing the cleanliness and freedom from contamination of milk and cream. (c) For the handling of milk and cream by milk vendors. (d) Prescribing the standard of milk and cream. (e) -Fixing penalties for breach of any provisions of tho By-law. A copy of tho said By-law is deposited at tho office of the Town Clerk, St. Hill Street, Wanganui, and is open to the inspection of tho public during office hours. Dated this 28th dav of March, 1933.
