PLUMBERS’ DISPUTE. [ Per Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, April 7. At the Conciliation Council in the plumbers’ dispute the assessors on a majority vote decided that provided the amended employers' demands and other points were agreed to by the union, the wages clause would be referred to the Arbitration Court.
