SANDON
CRICKET. Sandon met Old Boys B at Kowhai Park on Saturday, Sandon winning by 51 runs in a one-innings game. Old Boys batted first, the last wicket falling with the total 59. Sandon, with fairly even batting, had 110 on at the last wicket fall. Stumps were drawn early to enable some of the Sandon team to get away.
