WITHDRAWAL FROM LEAGUE
MEXICAN A.TNOUNCEMENT. AN ECONOMY MEASURE. Received Dee. 16, 7.17 p.m. ' MEXICO CITY, Dec. 15. The Foreign Minister, Signor Manuel Ctellez, formally announced on Thursday night that Mexico would withdraw from the League of Nations in two years. Ho indicated that the country would continue participation if economic conditions improve.
