It is again rumoured that Herr Hitler has ordered a march on Berlin after the elections on Sunday. It is recalled that similar reports were current, last election, but nothing of the sort happened. Herr Merkner, a prominent Nazi, in a speech at Koenigsburg, declared: “We are not afraid of General Schleicher. We stand with a million rifles behind us. There will be a revolution after November 6. The Daily Express says that everybody believes that Herr von Papen will remain, in power. Parliament or no Parliament. That is why people are saying that there may be a Hitlerite march this time. SPEECH BY HITLER CHANCELLOR CHALLENGED LONDON, Oct. 31. The Times correspondent at Berlin reports Herr Hitler as saying: If Herr von Papen meant to exert his influence he would put me on the hotplate and not in the luggage van.” The statement was made iu the course of an election speech explaining his refusal to cooperate with the Nationalists,
