Dangerous Joke. “I have learned the danger of making a joke,” said Archbishop Julius at the opening of St. Saviour’s Fair, reports the “Press.” “At St. George’s Hospital the other day I said they had forgotten to provide a lethal chamber for retired archbishops, ex-mayors, and old people generally. I thought that was the end of it, but two days ago I received a letter from an old gentleman begging mo to re consider my suggestion. Tie thought that in these times tho Government might, take it up seriously!”
