Civil actions to be heard before the Judge alone include: — C. L- W. Harper and another v. ■!. P. Wells, claim for £763 7s 2d and interest due under mortgage. L. C. Travers v. Pursers’ Ltd., claim for £356 8s as damages for alleged w-rongful termination of services. There is a counter-claim filed for £44 13s Id for goods allegedly supplied. A. W. McDonald v. Marton Jockey Club, claim for £BOO and interest on fixed deposit. Police v. J. H. Smith, case of appeal on a point of law under the Secondhand Dealers’ Act. Wanganui County Council v. ValuerGeneral and the Wanganui Hospital Board, originating summons for declaration as to the true construction of Section 49 of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926. Two motions for divorce, two for decrees absolute and custody and one for decree absolute will come befoie the Court. The motions for divorce will be: Florence Mabel Peck v. Lrricst. Peek, and Nellie Willis v Sydney Clarence Willis, the first on grounds of 'eparation and the second on the grounds of alleged desertion. Motions for decree absolute and custody will be: Elsie Violet Gibson v. Harold Cuthbert Gibson and William Percy Carvell v. Helen Carvell. The motion for decree absolute will be: Harry Ernest Rowlands v. Frances Emily Rowlands. Three motions for discharge from bankruptev will come forward.
