BULLS

GENERAL NEWS Mr. L. Cooper, of Tokoniaru Bay, who was for some years a member of the staff of the Bulls branch of the Bank of New South Wales, is spending a holiday here at present. Rangitikei and Palmerston North golf clubs will play a match at Bulls on Saturday, play commencing at I p.m. Mr. E. W. Smart, secretary to the Rangitikei Dairy Co., Ltd., has been called away to Christchurch on account of the illness of his mother. Several frost fish have been picked up on the beach at. Moana Roa this week, and this delicacy has been re tailed in Bulls at a shilling a pound; a big drop from the fancy prices ruling a few years ago.
