DECISIONS AT PARI fl HIGHER PRICE EXPECTED. ' PARIS. July 27. As the outcome of the conference it u reported that a 25 per cent, increase in oil prices is likely from October 1, but it is dependent upon Roumania’s ratification of the conference agreement. It was reported on Tuesday that the conference, with the exception of Rus sia, had reached an agreement to cease price-cutting.
