BULLS
PIERROT ENTERTAINMENT On Friday evening the Marton Merrymakers will pay a visit to Bulls and stage their grand pierrot entertainment in the Bulls Town Hall for the purpose of augmenting the funds of the Bulls School and the AJarton District Dental Clinic. This clever combination received an enthusiastic welcome when they recently appeared before a crowded audience at the Civic Theatre at Marton, and since then the company has been practicing strenuously, with the result that a good improvement should bo shown on their first appearance. The first part takes the form of a piorrot entertain incut in which songs, dialogues, jokes, dancing and burlesques are prominent, one of the star items being a Biblical translation of the political situation and the Rangitikei election. The performance is well worth seeing, and as the prices arc reasonable, circle and front stalls 1/6, back stalls ]/-, and children 9d, there should be a crowded audience for such a deserving object.
