CREDITORS’ PETITION WINNIPEG, June 27. An application to have the Manitoba wheat pool declared bankrupt was made at the Supremo Court on behalf of the Terminal Grain Company. Tho hearing of the application was deferred. The company claims that its 75.000 dollars judgment against the pool has not been satisfied.
