BARRIERS OF BOLSHEVISM EUROPE AND THE CRISIS [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received June 17, 9.20 p.m, ROME, June 16. Signor Mussolini, interviewed by tlio Daily Express, said that England and Italy were the only two barriers against the Bolshevisation of Europe. Both were united and disciplined. America had no policy and in tho meantime Europe was drifting to disaster and Bolshevisation. Signor Mussolini added: '‘.Democracy is nothing; the people are nothing and can do nothing. The people of every country are weary of frords. They need men of action. They require saviours. The ora of war debts and reparations is over and belongs to tho buried past. If Germany says no, Italy will say no.”
