ANTI-FASCIST TERRORIST POLICE TORTURES ALLEGED Received June 15, 10.55 p.m. ROME. June 14. Repeatedly clutching at his heart and looking very ill. Ho refused the services of a doctor. The president .of the Court replied that the charges would be investigated.
