POLICY SPEECH

MR. FORBES AT PALMERSTON ( Per Press Association. ) WELLINGTON, June 15. Hon. G. W. Forbes returned to Wellington from his home at Cheviot today. He attended the match between the All Black team and Wellington at Athletic Park in the afternoon and in the evening presided at a lengthy meeting of Cabinet. He will leave for Palmerston North to-morrow afternoon and in the evening ho will be entertained by the National Dairy Show authorities thereMr. Forbes will deliver an important policy, speech during the function. Hon. J. A. Young returned to Wellington from the north this morning.
