GIRLS’ COLLEGE SPORTS
SUCCESSFUL GATHERING The weather w'as beautiful for the sports meeting of the Wanganui Girls’ College, held yesterday at tho school grounds, Wanganui East. The members of the teaching staff were in charge of, the interesting programme, events succeeding each other with commendable promptitude. Tho parents and friends of the pupils were entertained at tea and the afternoon's sports were enjoyed. Among those present- were: Miss ’lizard, Miss J. R. Currie. Miss Newcombe, Mr. and Mrs. D.
