AIRMEN ASTOUNDED AMATEUR’S FINE EFFORT BRISBANE, Nov. 23. Roffney’s flight from New Caledonia has astounded the-flying world. He u an amateur with less than a vear’s aviation experience. The feat is all the more praiseworthy since a considerable part of the 9oU miles trip was undertaken in a blinding storm.
