COMING LONDON SALES RISE IN VALUES LIKELY MR. DEVEREAUX’S OPINION LONDON, Nov. 22. Mr. Devereaux reports that the rather quieter tone in wool is due to the tendency to await the London sales opening, when a substantial rise in prices is expected.
