FAVOURABLE PROSPECTS WINNIPEG, Oct. 28. A statement by the Dominion Bureau of Statistics World Movement states that the first 11 weeks of tho new crop are proving of record proportions mid sent May wheat up to 63f cents, establishing a new high level for ths year. Foreign buying short, covering commission house commitments, has lent a strong tone to the transactions.
