VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND. DON BRADMAN’S PLANS. [ Per Presr Association. 1 ’ AUCKLAND, Oct. 15. Providing satisfactory arrangementl can be made New Zealand will sec Don Bradman in action toward the close of the coming season. Bradman is ery anxious to bring a team from Australia to make a tour of the Dominion. With thia end in view he has asked a friend, Mr. R. Gillam, who is visiting Auckland with the Eastern Suburbs Rugby League team, to make inquiries with a view to bringing his object to finality. Mr. Gillam has already been in touch with officials of the Auckland Cricket Association.
If tho tour eventuates the Australian side, besides Bradman, will probably include six other internationals. The consent of the Board of Control in Australia and the New Zealand Cricket Council will be necessary. If the tour eventuates it should take place about Easter.
