OKLAHOMA OIL WELLS
THE RESTRICTION REMOVED WASHINGTON, Oct. 9. A message from Oklahoma City states that Governor Murray has repealed the decree of August 6 restricting the output of oil, and the oil wells will open to-morrow. Oil, however, is selling only from 46 to 70 cents a barrel. Oklahoma oilmen were rapidly losing the market to other fields, thus inducing the Governor to end the suspension.
