THE RAETIHI SALE. Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co. at the fortnightly stock sale on Friday, submitted a small offering of both sheep and cattle, and recent prices were well maintained. Quotations: Small ewe hoggets, 9s to 9g 6d; medium wether hogegts, 7s 6d; black-faccd hoggets, 8s; fat ewes, 13s 4d; aged ewes with lamb at foot, 12s 6d; dairy cows to calve, £5 to £5 ss; springing dairy heifers, £3, £3 10s, £.i 5s for better quality; empty yearlw heifers, 225; coloured 18-months steers, 525; coloured empty cows, 31s.
