TROUBLE IN KASHMIR AGITATION SPREADS DELHI, Sept. 25. The Moslem agitation the Government in Srinagar, the capital of Kashmir, is spreading to other places in the State. A serious incident occurred at Anantuag, where the mob attacked a small detachment of troops who fired, killing nineteen and injuring many. Crowds of Moslems, armed with iwords and axes, threatening retaliadon, were checked by a force of troops ind police. Panic-stricken Hindus slosed their shops, fearing attacks by Moslems, who comprise the majority of the population.
