RACING IN AUSTRALIA

FINAL RANDWICK TEST The final metropolitan fixture in Sydney prior to the A.J.C. spring meeting, is tho Hawkesbury Racing Club’s spring meeting, which will be held today, and for which several of the Dominion contingent are engaged.

Tho principal events are the Rowley Milo and tho Spring Handicap, one mile and three furlongs. For the former Movie Star and Chief Joy were entered, and for the latter Concentrate. Among Concentrate’s opponent’s may be Veilmond and The Dimmer. Tho other events are the Park Stakes, ono mile (with Lavington and Patcena), Flying Handicap, six furlongs (with Gesture, Movie Star, tCv.T.t the Slipper, Autopay, and Gold Dav), Three-Ycar-Old Handicap, six furlongs (with Oratorian, Hunt the Slipper, Parkland, and Koda Pen), and Highweight Handicap, seven furlongs ( with My Talisman).

There is only one other meeting in New South Wales prior to tho A J C. meeting, this being tho Gosford Racing Club’s provincial fixture on Tues iny. The A.J.C. meeting opens next Saturday.
