Hawera Borough and County, Normanby Town, and Elthain County rates may bo paid at the offices ■of tho Hawera County Council. Ratepayers are requested to present their rate demands when paying. Persons having transferred their property since June 1, 1931, must be held responsible for the payment of rates due. It is particularly requested that all rates be paid as promptly as possible, especially the smaller amounts. Those ratepayers whose rates are In arrears are notified that unless their rates are paid promptly in full they will be sued for same without further notice.
