CASTLECLIFF CLUB TRIP TO BULLS TO-MORROW Owing to 20 Castlecliff Golf Club players making the trip to Bulls to-mor-row, there will be no competition on at the home links. Those not making the trip are requested to arrange their own partners. The attention of week-end players is drawn to the new rule as regards starting tees. Pairs only are to commence from No. 1 (Brevity), while all other games must start from No. 11 (Outlook). .Players in four-ball games are reminded that they must let pairs through. This is a rule as well as an act of courtesy.

The Seafield Ladies’ Golf Club paid a visit to Waverley last week, where members played a match with the Waverley ladies. The day was fine, but windy, and members enjoyed themselves immensely, as the Waverley Club is noted for its hospitality. The match resulted in a win for Waverley by one game.
