WRESTLING

BOUT AT AUCKLAND McDougall to meet pasha. George Walker’s disqualification in Wellington has resulted in his license being suspended by the police, who have refused to grant a permit for him to wrestle Kara Pasha at the Auckland Town Hall next Monday' evening, and his place will be taken by Scotty McDougall. It is understood that Walker’s license will be withheld until a report, has been received from Wellington, but as that procedure would probably result in no match being staged in Auckland next week, the Auckland Association, at a special meeting on Wo Inesday. decided to substitute McDougall. The last-named has been very keen to wrestle Pasha and he has welcomed this opportunity of meeting the Turk, so that the contest should be almost as attractive from the public viewpoint as the Walker-Pasha natch.
