BISHOP OF LONDON'S VIEWS. VANCOUVER, Aug. 18. “Closer relationship, spiritual and economic, among the nations, is the solution of the present world difficulties,” Dr. Winnington Ingram (Bishop of London) declared at a Canadian Club luncheon to-day.
