SPENCER’S SALE, TO-DAY (WEDNESDAY), Messrs Sharpe, North and Co. draw attention in our auction columns to a sale to be held in their Guyton Street rooms to-day (Wednesday), at 1 o’clock, when they will offer the furniture and effects of Mr J. W. Spencer. The offering is a good one and includes all kinds of useful dining and bedroom furniture. Fruit and produce will be sold at 1 o’clock.
