LITERARY CIRCLE

On Friday evening the members of the literary circle of the Lady Jellicoe Club listened with interest to Mr L. J. Chapple’s lecture on Maori place names. Stories of romantic interest are connected with many Maori names and the subject was graphically dealt with by the lecturer. Mrs W.
