OUT OF THE RING BARRED MACDOUGALL LOSES BOUT [ Per Press Association. ] NEW PLYMOUTH, July 9. Pencheff secured the verdict against MacDougall in a wrestling bout at Stratford on Saturday night. In the sixth round MacDougall threw Pencheff out of the ring and, this having been barred by mutual consent, MadDougall was disqualified. Each man had a fall to his credit.
