PROGRESS MAINTAINED. [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY 7 , July 30. A bulletin issued this morning states that Mr Lloyd George had passed a restful night and his strength was well maintained. His condition so far continues satisfactory. Messages of sympathy from the King and Queen and L’rince of Wales were received at Mr Lloyd George’s house. Since the. serious nature of his illness became known several inquiries have been made from the Royal yacht at Cowes. Before undergoing the operation Mr Lloyd George dictated to his daughter a message, to the Liberal summer school, which will open at Cambridge to-day, in which blij will take his place. It was officially stated to-night that he had had a fairly comfortable day and had slept, at intervals. His progress was well maintained and his general condition continues satisfactory.
