At the Supreme Court, Sir Afi■* acl Alycrs sentenced the following prisoners: Edward Patrick Leahy and Albert Bowen, for breaking, entcrin and theft, two years’ hard labour each; Peter Reilly, for theft of £BOO, four years’ hard labour; James Williamson, for breaking and entering, 12 months’ hard labour; Jcffarcs and Wiffin, two youths, for breaking, entering, and theft, four years at the Borstal; Tachfold, another youth, for breaking, entering, and theft, four years’ probation; Raymond Claude Hogg, for breaking, entering and theft, probation for threo years; James Smart Sharp, for theft, twelve months’ probation; Arapata Karaitiana, for attempted serious crime against a woman, seven years’ reformative detention.
