YACHT TEDDY
ASHORE AT CAPE BRETT NO NEED FOR ASSISTANCE. [ Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, May 8. The Under-Secretary of Alarinp has received word from the principal light-house-keeper at Cape Brett that the yacht Toddy went ashore at 10 a.m. yesterday in a south-easterly gate. He was speaking to the master last night on tho telephone at Rawhiti. The master said that the yacht was in a safe position on r sandy bottom and the offered assistance was not required. Meantime the weather is moderating.
