HAVOC AMONG CROPS. Received Dec. 28, 8.50 p.m. MELBOURNE, Dec. 28. Violent winds, followed by the heavy rains of the past week, have caused serious damage in the wheat areas. Some farmers are already turning stock into the crops, which were spoiled for harvesting. Tobacco crops are suffering from the blue mold and irsis blight has appeared in some districts.
