TREATED REVISION LOOKED FOB VANCOUVER, Dec. 24. The hurried recall to Ottawa from here by the Premier of the Minister of Trade (Mr H. H. Steven) is reported to foreshadow a further revision of the Australian treaty. Mr Moloney, who spent Christmas in Quebec, returns to Ottawa on .Saturday. It had been intended to put the final touches on the treaty here before Mr Moloney sailed. The latter, however, has been in communication with Aus tralia regarding butter importation and British Columbia exportation, resulting in further negotiations.
