SMITHFIELD MARKET QUIET MUTTON SLIGHTLY WEAKER Lambs-—Market quiet and unchanged. Small interest is now being taken in remaining old season’s lamb. Mutton Market.—Wethers, slightly weaker for lightweights. Heavyweights, steady* Ewes steady with good demand.

Beef.—Market is depressed owing to heavy arrivals from Argentine. New Zealand Porker Pigs. —Good demand for lightweights. Heavyweights, trade slow.
