AN INQUEST CONCLUDES

CAPSIZE OF MOTOR LORRY [ Per Press Association.! GISBORNE, Nov. 20. A lengthy inquest, extending over two days, concerning the death of Thomas Martin Corcoran, -aged 26, who was fatally injured by the capsize of & motor lorry at Makaraka on October 27. was concluded to-night. Corcoran was being given a ride in a Power Board lorry driven by an emplovee of the Board namtfd Eric Francis Mackay. In evidence Mackay denied he was driving at the time of the accident. The Coroner found that death resulted from a fracture of the skull, and other injuries caused by the capsize of a motor lorry which was driven bj Eric Francis Mackay.
