Moratorium Decided On.
Cabinet to-day decided to bring forward legislation providing for a niora torium for genuine home-buyers who will be protected against foreclosure and whose interest payments will be regulated, and also to establish a State lottery for charities. The Federal Ministry is seeking the co-operation of the State Government toward the development of the shale oil industry, which if it fulfils its anticipation, will provide work for at least 100,000 persons.
