GRAND VOCAL RECITAL
MADAME SPILLANE’S CONCERT Music lovers will receive a treat tomorrow night when Madame Lillian Spillane will present her pupils in a grand vocal recital. While it is recognised that Wanganui takes a leading part in the musical world, it is also equally recognised that Madame Lillian Spillane Is one of the foremost teachers of music in this city- Madame Spillant’s concerts in the past have attained a very high standard and the concert to be held on Tuesday night will be no exception. In fact will the talent at present in Madame’s hands it is fully expected that the concert will be outstanding among her concerts previously given. The fact that Mr Gordon Mcßeth will act as accompanist will give further assurance of the standard of the concert. Mr Mcßeth is recognised as a first class artist in the art of accompanying and is very well known to the Wanganui public. The names of the pupils taking pare are published in another column.
